Repairs, suppliers, used equipment & more — tell our AI what you need. Free for restaurants.
Online — NYC & Long Island
Are you a pro or supplier? Join the network
A broken fryer, a new supplier, or opening a new spot — tell our AI what you need and we point you to the right vetted pro or vendor. No markup.
Say it in plain English — a broken freezer, a new supplier, or gear for a build-out.
You get a vetted specialist or supplier who actually handles it, in your part of NYC or Long Island.
We hand you their number — you reach out yourself. No middleman, no markup.
We opened our first Brooklyn spot in 2017 and learned the hard way — a combi oven down for three days, a hood that quit mid-service, hours lost Googling for the right person. It took years to build a network we actually trust. KitchenSOS is that network, for every owner who doesn't have one yet.

When an owner needs your exact specialty in your area, our AI routes the request to you — not a blast to ten pros.
Owners reach you straight from your profile. No bidding, no middleman, no cut — you keep 100%.
Every vendor that keeps your restaurant running — food & beverage, paper goods, cleaning & chemical, equipment, and the pros behind the scenes. One directory for NYC & Long Island.
Loading the directory…
Buy and sell used or new commercial equipment, restaurant to restaurant — deal directly, no middleman.
Loading listings…
KitchenSOS connects buyers and sellers — that's it. We don't inspect, test, warrant, or guarantee any used equipment, and we don't handle payment or pickup. Confirm condition in person and arrange everything directly with the seller. Buy at your own risk.
Getting matched, joining as a pro, opening a restaurant, and how payments work.
For restaurants
Yes — restaurants don't pay anything to use KitchenSOS. Our business model is partner listings, so the pros who fix your equipment cover the cost, not you.
Tell our AI what you need — type it, say it out loud, or snap a photo. For a repair, it works out the right trade, matches you to a vetted pro in your area, and hands you their direct number. You can also browse the suppliers & services directory and request a quote, buy or sell used equipment in the marketplace, or get help opening a new spot — all in one place.
Matching is instant — the moment you describe your problem, our AI points you to the right specialist with their direct number. How soon they can actually get to you depends on that pro's availability and your location, so we steer you toward whoever can move quickest.
We personally review every contractor before listing them, and we collect their license and insurance details. For any trade that legally requires a license, we require one; insurance is collected where provided, and pros who carry it are prioritized. We focus on people with real commercial-restaurant experience, not general handymen. We don't independently audit every credential, so always confirm license, insurance, and pricing directly with the contractor before authorizing work.
Yes. You get their direct number, and you can also message them right inside KitchenSOS — the whole conversation stays in one place. Once the job's done, you can rate the pro to help other restaurants.
No — you can use the AI chat anytime without signing up. Adding your restaurant (free) just saves your details, keeps a history of your requests, and lets you track your equipment and set maintenance reminders.
Our AI is available 24/7 — describe your emergency anytime, day or night, and it'll match you with the right specialist on the spot. You can also call or text (516) 855-5186. We're a small, hands-on team building this network, so after-hours response depends on who's available — but we'll always try to get you to someone.
For pros & partners
Repair pros: when a restaurant describes a problem in your trade and area to our AI, we send them straight to you with your direct number. Suppliers, vendors and equipment dealers get listed in the directory, where restaurants request a quote and reach out to you. Either way, the restaurant contacts you directly — no bidding and no per-job fee, and partners join free during our beta.
It's free to join during our beta — no cost and no card while we build the network. If we ever introduce pricing, we'll tell you clearly and well in advance, and there's never any commission on the work you do.
Pros are paid directly by the restaurant — we just make the connection and never take a commission on your work.
Opening a restaurant
Yes. If you're opening a new spot, our team coordinates your whole crew — architect, GC, MEP, hood & fire, permits and inspections — in the right order so nothing stalls your opening. It's a flat $2,000 coordination fee; you pay the trades and permits directly at their price. The first consultation is free and no-obligation.
Payments, trust & coverage
No. KitchenSOS is a connector, not a payment processor. You pay your pro directly and we never touch that money. Always confirm license, insurance, and price with the pro before authorizing any work.
Beyond repairs, you can browse a directory of vendors — food & beverage, paper goods, cleaning & chemical, equipment dealers and professional services. Find one that fits and hit “Request a quote” to connect; the vendor follows up with you directly. KitchenSOS just makes the introduction — we’re a neutral directory, not the provider, and it’s free for restaurants.
Yes — KitchenSOS has a peer-to-peer marketplace where restaurants and individuals buy and sell their own used (or new) commercial equipment. We review every listing, but we don't inspect or handle payment, so confirm condition in person and deal directly with the seller.
We cover all five NYC boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island) plus Nassau County and Suffolk County on Long Island. Reach out if you're just outside these areas.
Let us know right away and we'll work to find you another option. As our network grows, we're building backups for every trade across the areas we cover.

Yes. KitchenSOS coordinates; you contract and pay each pro directly. We don't mark up their work.
It depends on your space, scope, and the city — anywhere from a couple of months to a year. We map a realistic sequence up front so there are no surprises.
We connect you with the licensed permit expeditors and consultants who file these, and keep them on schedule. KitchenSOS coordinates; the licensed pros file.

Please read these Terms carefully. They include important disclaimers, a limitation of liability, an indemnification obligation, and an agreement to resolve disputes by binding individual arbitration and to waive class actions and jury trials (Section 18), which affect your legal rights. You may opt out of arbitration as described in Section 18.
KitchenSOS LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming and operating in New York City and Long Island ("KitchenSOS," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website at kitchensos.ai and all related pages, tools, chat, and features (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is an online directory, referral, and listings service that: (a) connects restaurant and food-service operators ("Restaurants") with independent third-party contractors, repair technicians, suppliers, professionals, and other service providers ("Pros," "Partners," or "Service Providers"); (b) hosts a peer-to-peer marketplace where Restaurants and individuals list, browse, and arrange the sale of used or new commercial kitchen equipment (the "Marketplace"); and (c) offers an optional restaurant build-out coordination service (the "Build-Out Service"). KitchenSOS is a neutral technology intermediary. We are not a contractor, repair service, builder, general contractor, construction manager, equipment dealer, broker, escrow agent, employer, or agent of any user, and we are not a party to any agreement or transaction between users.
The Platform is intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By accessing or using the Platform — including browsing, submitting any form, using the chat or AI assistant, creating an account, listing or responding to equipment, or contacting us by phone or email — you ("you" or "User") represent that you are at least 18, that the information you provide is accurate, and that if you act for a business you are authorized to bind it. You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
KitchenSOS provides a platform that helps connect Restaurants with independent Service Providers. We do not:
All engagements, agreements, scheduling, pricing, payments, warranties, and disputes are solely between the Restaurant and the Service Provider (or between buyer and seller). You are solely responsible for evaluating, selecting, contracting with, supervising, and paying any Service Provider, and for conducting your own due diligence. KitchenSOS is not responsible or liable for the outcome of any interaction between users. This includes our Suppliers & Services Directory, where restaurants browse and contact third-party vendors (food & beverage, paper goods, cleaning & chemical, equipment, and professional-service providers). KitchenSOS is a neutral directory and listings service only. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any communication, quote, purchase, service, or dispute between you and any vendor, and we do not endorse or guarantee any vendor, their listings, pricing, availability, or the quality, safety, or legality of their goods or services. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. When you use the “Request a quote” or similar contact feature, you authorize KitchenSOS to share your name, email address, and phone number with the vendor you select so they can respond to you directly; vendors are independent third parties and KitchenSOS does not control their subsequent use of your information.
The Marketplace lets Restaurants and individuals list, browse, and arrange the sale of used or new commercial kitchen equipment. KitchenSOS is not the seller, buyer, dealer, broker, auctioneer, consignee, shipper, or escrow agent for any listing, does not take possession of, inspect, test, or certify any item, and is not a party to any sale. All listings are created by users. KitchenSOS does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing or the condition, safety, legality, working order, value, or fitness of any item, the identity of any user, or that any sale will be completed. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for verifying items, condition, ownership, pricing, payment, pickup or delivery, taxes, and any required code compliance or certifications. Unless a seller and buyer separately agree otherwise in writing, all items are offered "AS IS, WHERE IS," with all faults and without any warranty. You agree to follow our listing rules and not to list stolen, recalled, counterfeit, unsafe, prohibited, or misrepresented items, or items you do not have the right to sell. We may remove any listing and suspend any user at our discretion. When you send an inquiry to a seller, or a seller responds to a buyer, KitchenSOS shares the relevant contact information (name, email, and phone number) between the parties so they can communicate directly. KitchenSOS is not a party to any sale and does not handle payment, shipping, or returns.
If you engage the optional Build-Out Service, KitchenSOS acts solely as a coordinator and consultant for a flat coordination fee. We help assemble and sequence a team of independent licensed trades, suppliers, and design professionals. We do not act as your general contractor or construction manager, do not perform construction work, do not serve as the contractor or permit-holder of record, and do not take payment for or hold funds for the trades' work. You contract with and pay each trade, supplier, design professional, and permitting authority directly. You are responsible for selecting and approving each provider and for all permits, inspections, code compliance, and the work itself. KitchenSOS does not guarantee any schedule, budget, outcome, workmanship, or that any project will pass inspection, and is not liable for the acts or omissions of any trade or supplier. The coordination fee covers our coordination services only and does not include the cost of any trade work, materials, permits, or fees.
Listing on, being referred through, or using KitchenSOS does not guarantee business, leads, revenue, matches, a sale, or any specific outcome for any user. We make no representation that the Platform will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.
The Platform — including responses from our chat and AI assistant, category descriptions, checklists, and any information about permits, licensing, codes, health, fire, building, tax, insurance, legal, real-estate, or other rules for opening or operating a restaurant — is provided for general informational and convenience purposes only and is not legal, code, engineering, financial, tax, insurance, real-estate, or other professional advice. Our AI assistant is automated and may produce information that is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and it should not be relied upon. Regulations change frequently and vary by location and circumstance. You are solely responsible for verifying all requirements with the appropriate government agency (in NYC, such as the Department of Buildings, Department of Health, FDNY, or DCWP; on Long Island, your county or town building and health departments or local fire marshal) or a licensed professional before acting. Nothing on the Platform creates a professional-client relationship. KitchenSOS is not responsible or liable for any decision, fine, penalty, closure, injury, or damage arising from reliance on Platform content.
KitchenSOS reviews Service Providers before listing them. Our review includes confirming they present as a genuine commercial-restaurant service provider, collecting their license and insurance information, and — for any trade that legally requires a license — requiring a license before listing. Service Providers who provide insurance and applicable license details are prioritized in matching.
This review is a good-faith screening, not a guarantee. Except where we state that a specific credential has been verified against a public record, we do not independently audit or continuously monitor every license, certification, insurance policy, background, or the quality of any Service Provider's work, and we do not guarantee any Service Provider's performance. You remain solely responsible for your own due diligence before hiring anyone. Always confirm licensure, insurance, and pricing directly with the Service Provider before authorizing any work. Vetting standards differ by service. Vendors listed in our Suppliers & Services Directory are not subject to the same licensing or insurance review as repair Service Providers, and a directory listing is not an endorsement. You should independently verify any vendor’s credentials, pricing, insurance, and terms before engaging them.
Some features require an account, which uses passwordless email sign-in. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for maintaining the security of the email used to access it. Notify us promptly at hello@kitchensos.ai of any suspected unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion. A valid mobile phone number is required to create an account so we can deliver time-sensitive match and message alerts by text and email.
By using the Platform, you agree not to: submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating information; harvest, scrape, or use Platform data or other users' contact details for unsolicited marketing, resale, or any purpose other than a legitimate transaction facilitated by the Platform; spam or abuse the contact, chat, listing, or referral systems; post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or harmful content; upload viruses or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to, probe, or disrupt the Platform or its security; circumvent fees; or use the Platform in violation of any law or these Terms. In particular, you must not use the Platform’s in-app messaging or any other feature to buy, sell, trade, advertise, or arrange anything illegal. Violations may result in immediate removal and termination, and you may be liable for resulting harm.
"User Content" means anything you submit, including listings, photos, reviews, profile details, and messages. You retain ownership of your User Content, and you grant KitchenSOS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and use it to operate, promote, and improve the Platform. You represent that you own or have the rights to your User Content and that it is accurate and lawful. Reviews may be submitted only by users who were actually matched with or transacted with the subject, must reflect a genuine experience, and must not be false or defamatory. KitchenSOS does not endorse and is not responsible for User Content, may (but is not obligated to) moderate, edit, or remove any User Content for any reason, and is not liable for content posted by others. To keep the Platform safe and lawful, KitchenSOS may store, search, and review messages and other User Content — using automated tools and review by authorized staff — to detect and prevent illegal activity, fraud, and abuse and to enforce these Terms. KitchenSOS is a directory and introduction service and is not a party to, and does not collect or process payment for, any transaction between users.
The Platform and all of its content, design, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (including the "KitchenSOS" name and mark) are owned by KitchenSOS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written permission.
The Platform may link to or rely on third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, products, practices, or availability of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, REFERRALS, LISTINGS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. KitchenSOS does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any Service Provider, Restaurant, buyer, seller, or item is qualified, licensed, insured, safe, accurately described, or suitable. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KITCHENSOS AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms, including those arising from:
THIS APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF KITCHENSOS WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ALL CASES, KITCHENSOS'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO KITCHENSOS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KitchenSOS and its owners, members, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Platform; your User Content or listings; your transactions or engagements with any other user; your violation of these Terms or any law; or your infringement of any third party's rights.
Because KitchenSOS is only an intermediary, if you have a dispute with another user (for example, a Restaurant, Service Provider, buyer, or seller), you release KitchenSOS and its owners, members, officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, and damages of every kind arising out of or connected with that dispute. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
Please read this Section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved.
(a) Informal resolution first. Before starting any arbitration or lawsuit, you agree to contact us at hello@kitchensos.ai and work in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
(b) Binding arbitration. Except as stated below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable Commercial or Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in New York (Nassau County or New York County) and conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section.
(c) Class-action & jury waiver. You and KitchenSOS agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. You and KitchenSOS each waive any right to a jury trial.
(d) Exceptions. Either party may (i) bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and (ii) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorized access, abuse, or misuse of the Platform.
(e) 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing hello@kitchensos.ai with your name and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles (and, for the arbitration provisions, by the Federal Arbitration Act). To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County or New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Restaurants use KitchenSOS for free. Partners join free during our beta. Standard listing fees have not yet been set; any future fee will be communicated clearly and in advance before any charge, and you may opt out at any time. Except for the Build-Out Service coordination fee, KitchenSOS does not process or hold payments between users; all payment arrangements for completed work or purchased equipment are made directly between the parties.
By providing your mobile number to KitchenSOS and opting in (for example, by checking the consent box on our forms), you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from KitchenSOS LLC about your account and service requests — including job-lead alerts, match notifications, appointment and maintenance reminders, and related operational updates. Messages also include alerts related to the Suppliers Directory — for example, when you request a quote or when a vendor responds to you. This is the "KitchenSOS Alerts" program.
Message frequency varies based on activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (516) 855-5186 or hello@kitchensos.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, release, dispute resolution, intellectual property, and these miscellaneous terms — will survive.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes may be communicated through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and KitchenSOS regarding the Platform and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the unenforceable provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). Notices to you may be sent to the email or phone number you provide; notices to us must be sent to hello@kitchensos.ai.
Questions about these Terms? Email us at hello@kitchensos.ai or call (516) 855-5186.

This Privacy Policy explains how KitchenSOS LLC ("KitchenSOS," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use kitchensos.ai and our related services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Information you provide to us:
Information we collect automatically:
Information from others: a Restaurant or Service Provider may provide information about you in connection with a match, transaction, or review.
We use information to: operate the Platform and match Restaurants with Service Providers; create and manage accounts and authenticate logins; host the Marketplace and facilitate inquiries between buyers and sellers; provide the optional Build-Out Service; power our AI assistant and identify equipment from photos you send; communicate with you by email, SMS, or phone about your requests, matches, account, and operational updates; send saved-search and listing alerts you opt into; review and vet Service Providers; maintain safety, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms; analyze and improve the Platform; and comply with law.
In-app messaging & review. The Platform includes a messaging feature so a Restaurant and a matched Service Provider can communicate about a job. To keep the Platform safe and lawful, KitchenSOS may store, search, review, and moderate these messages — using both automated screening and human review by authorized staff — to detect and prevent illegal activity (such as the sale or trade of illegal goods), fraud, harassment, or other violations of our Terms. Do not use in-app messaging to buy, sell, or trade anything illegal. Messages are visible to the conversation participants and to authorized KitchenSOS staff for these safety and quality purposes only; we do not sell them or use them for advertising. KitchenSOS is a directory and introduction service — it is not a party to, and does not process payment for, any transaction between a Restaurant and a Service Provider.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile or SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Our chat assistant uses third-party AI (Anthropic's Claude) to interpret your messages and any photos you choose to send and to help route your request. We send only what is needed for that purpose. Please do not submit sensitive personal information — such as government ID numbers, payment-card numbers, passwords, or health information — into the chat.
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, bot protection, usage analytics (Google Analytics), and — only after you accept cookies on our banner — advertising measurement and conversion tracking through Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, which help us understand which ads bring partners and restaurants to KitchenSOS and to measure ad performance. These advertising tools are not loaded unless you consent, and you can decline non-essential cookies on our banner at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings and use Google's and Meta's opt-out tools.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we use it only to send you SMS messages related to your account and service requests under our "KitchenSOS Alerts" program (see our Terms for full program details). We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. This includes notifications when you request a quote from a directory vendor or when a vendor responds to you.
Our chat includes an optional microphone button. If you tap it to speak instead of type, your browser's built-in speech recognition converts your speech to text. Depending on your browser and device, the audio may be processed by your browser or operating-system provider to produce that text; KitchenSOS receives only the resulting text, the same as if you had typed it. Using voice is entirely your choice — typing is always available, and the microphone is only active while you are holding a voice session.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it. Marketplace listings may automatically expire under our listing rules. You may request deletion as described in Section 10.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — including access controls and database row-level security — to protect information, and privileged data is accessed only through our secured server functions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify affected users and authorities as required by applicable law, including New York's SHIELD Act.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to not be treated differently for exercising these rights. You can opt out of SMS at any time (reply STOP), unsubscribe from alert emails (using the link in the email), and request access or deletion of your information by emailing hello@kitchensos.ai. We will verify and respond to your request as required by applicable law. We may retain certain information where permitted or required by law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
The Platform is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Platform may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to review their policies.
We operate in the United States and store and process information here. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes may be communicated through the Platform.

Big chains have purchasing teams and a rolodex of pros on speed-dial. The spot down the block has a phone and a 2am Google search. KitchenSOS closes that gap.
We’re built by NYC & Long Island restaurant owners — people who’ve run kitchens and opened them. KitchenSOS is the all-in-one platform for everything your restaurant needs behind the scenes: emergency repairs, a suppliers & services directory, a used-equipment marketplace, and full build-out help when you’re opening.
We’re a neutral connector — free for restaurants, and never a party to your transaction. We personally review every pro and vendor before they go live and collect their license and insurance details, prioritizing real commercial-restaurant experience over general handymen. We point you to the right person; you stay in control — always confirm license, insurance, and pricing directly before authorizing work.
I kept seeing the same painful moment: something breaks, every minute is lost revenue, and finding the right person means cold-calling strangers and hoping. Chains never deal with that — they have people for it. Independent owners deserve the same. So I built KitchenSOS to be the partner that already knows who to call, starting in the communities we know best.
— Sohaib Malik, Founder
We’re a small, hands-on team in beta, building this network one great pro and one happy restaurant at a time across NYC & Long Island. Free for restaurants — always.
